It’s so important in these times to speak plainly.
Truth? Or Lie?
“This is God’s truth. This is what His Word says.” e.g., By His stripes, we were healed. Jesus carried all our sicknesses and bore all our pains. Jesus healed everyone who came to Him and everyone who followed Him, including those who were born that way. He did the Father’s will and that will was that He healed them all.”
“This is a lie!” e.g., Saying that being sick is some form of redemption that pleases God or makes one more holy.”
Truth = Jesus + nothing = we are completely and perfectly righteous, perfectly positioned to receive His free gift of healing by grace (not earned in any way) through faith.
Our redemption comes from Jesus Christ alone! Not sickness which was part of the curse of the law, is a work of the devil, and is never defined by God as a blessing. TRUTH!
