Autism Healing and Deliverance

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. (1 John 5:14-15)

First John 5:14-15 is an invitation from our Wonderful Father to know His will from His Word and ask in agreement with His will in TOTAL confidence believing we will have what we asked. That’s great and precious promise! Yet, it’s often taught in the church that God’s will concerning most things such as healing is a mystery.

Even worse, some twisted denominations teach that having BOLD confident assurance – like David when he went up against that loser Goliath – is somehow “lacking in humilty” or “presumptuousness”, so the instead resort to adding “…if it be God’s will,” as qualifier to the end of every prayer for healing,” blind to the fact that the just prayed a prayer of straight up unbelief.

Either one takes God for His Word that His Son, Jesus Christ, was IN FACT, victorious at the Cross or not. There’s no middle ground!

Ever feel like you struggle to find the faith to receive healing for your child from autism? Or wonder if you are fighting against the will of God with your prayers? I once did.

Our good Father does not want you to wonder. His Word makes it clear we can look to it and know His will on a great many things – including autism spectrum disorder.

Dear parent, our good Father. He wants you anchored in unshakeable confidence about His will for your child’s complete healing and deliverance.

Think about it – what loving parent would hide their will from their child, especially regarding something as crucial as healing? Our Heavenly Father is perfect love, and He’s made His will “plain upon the tablets” through His Word and the finished work of His Beloved Son, Jesus Christ.

The enemy wants nothing more than to keep you doubting, wondering, and accepting his oppression as somehow being God’s plan. But Jesus came to destroy every work of the devil – including autism spectrum disorder. Your prayers for your child’s healing don’t fight against God’s will – they partner with it! They line up perfectly with Christ’s victory over it!

In God’s precious Word, we see Jesus Christ healing every kind of disability, including birth defects.

Stand bold in this truth today: By Jesus’ stripes, your child was healed. This isn’t just a nice saying – it’s a promise sealed by the very blood of Christ. Let every voice that would try to make you doubt God’s will for your child’s healing bow to this truth right now in Jesus’ name.

Prayer: Father God, I thank You that You are not a God who plays games with Your will or hides it from Your children. I receive Your clarity about healing that You’ve given in Your Word. I reject every lie that would try to make me accept autism spectrum disorder as Your will for my child. Strengthen my faith to stand immovable on Your truth, knowing that by Jesus’ stripes my child was healed. In Jesus’ name, amen.
