“He Got Healed of Autism” transcript (my commentary below)
God really did this. I want to tell you guys a story about how God delivered me from autism and speech impairment. What you’re looking at right now is a 12 year-old document of me when I was 4 years old of doctors telling me that I have autism and speech impairment
They told my grandparents and my mother that I wasn’t going to be able to talk when I’m older, that I would need assistance from adults when I get older and that I would need a lot of help. And shockingly, throughout my school years, I went from autism to ADHD to ADHD to ADD.
If there was one thing some of my family members didn’t do was give up on me. They stayed persistent in praying against what the doctor said over my life because it was also a big attack on my academics. And now I’m here preaching, praying over people, prophesying over people, casting demons out, and he healing the sick.
Praise God! I want to share what the Holy Spirit stirred in me as I listened to his testimony.
At four years old, this young man was given a devastating report. Doctors told his family he would never speak, would always need adult assistance, and would require lifelong help.
But his family chose not to believe that evil report. They stood on the Word of God and persisted in faith-filled prayer. Today, he is preaching, prophesying, praying over others, healing the sick, and casting out demons. Glory to God!
This is what it means to retake the land.

The Evil Report vs. The Promise of God
In my second book of the Jesus Took Autism book series, the Holy Spirit gave me a word from the book of Joshua: “Retake the land.”
That’s spiritual language.
When the Israelites were told to enter the Promised Land, ten spies returned paralyzed by fear and unbelief, saying the giants were too big (Numbers 13:31–33). But two—Joshua and Caleb—believed God’s promise. They said:
“Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.” (Numbers 13:30 NKJV)
They were not denying reality. They saw the same giants. But they knew God’s Word carried FAR more weight than any obstacle. God said it so they “saw” it as done.
The same principle applies to healing.
God has already given us the land in the spirit—healing, wholeness, deliverance through His Beloved Son’s victory at the Cross. His finished work. But we must possess it by faith. Just as the Israelites had to physically tread the land God gave them, we must spiritually tread the promises of healing, declaring and standing firm on the Word.
Rejecting Labels, Embracing Identity in Christ
The Lord firmly told me several years ago to never refer to my son as autistic.
Nor would I ever refer to myself as an “autism mom” or a “special needs parent.” To do so would be what the Lord would consider embracing an evil report. We must align only with the identity Christ gave us. By His stripes, we were healed. (1 Peter 2:24 NKJV)
Not might be—were.
God pairs forgiveness of sins and healing of disease in one breath:
“Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases.” (Psalm 103:3 NKJV)
Jesus bore both. It’s already finished in the spirit realm. Our role is to walk it out by faith and not be moved by what we see or feel.
A Word for Those Believing for Healing from Autism
This young man’s healing was progressive—just like what’s happened with my son. I’ve seen strips of “grave clothes” (symptoms) falling off him, little by little. I’ve seen awakenings. And several years ago when I began to take God for His Word on healing, I had people—even Spirit-filled believers—tell me to give up, to place my child in an institution, to accept the label. One even said it was a prophetic word from the Lord. Not a coincidence that these attacks against my faith happened at that time!
Their words. Their “prophesies” were from the pit of hell.
See how cunning the devil can be? That liar, the devil, was so desperate he even used a Christian who referred to himself as a “prophet giving me a word from the Lord” to try to get me to deny God’s Word and put my son in an institution! Are you kidding me???!!!
I literally told that “prophet” and his wife that they were speaking Satan’s report, not the Lord’s. This is a HUGE warning to test everything you are taught and told. Yes, even words coming from Christians saying they are “giving you a word from the Lord.”
Stand Like Joshua and Caleb
They said:
“If the Lord delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us… only do not rebel against the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread.” (Numbers 14:8–9 NKJV)
They ARE our bread. He spoke their defeat in advance because he had a promise from God.
But most of Israel rejected the promise. Psalm 78:41 says they “limited the Holy One of Israel.” So, “they did not enter in because of unbelief” (Hebrews 3:19).
Let’s not be like them.
Let’s walk by faith and not by sight. Let’s take God at His Word—even when symptoms scream otherwise. Expect the healing. Speak the Word. Tread the land. And do not embrace autism as your identity or your child’s.
Final Word: The Land Is Yours—Go In and Possess It
See it by the Spirit. The land is yours. Jesus Christ carried every kind of sickness, disease, disorder, disability, and birth defect, AND defeated them all at the Cross.
“Surely He has borne our sicknesses and carried our pains… by His stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:4–5 NKJV)
What God did for this young man, He will do for your child. Only believe.
The same God who raised Christ from the dead dwells in you—and His Word will not fail.
Let us be like Joshua and Caleb. Let us declare:
“We are well able to overcome it.”
Retake the land.
