I was blessed by this teaching called Enforcing Healing by brother Bennett (link below). I’m constantly filling myself with the Word and Bible-based teachings, and this one reminded me of how God spoke to me about retaking the land. Yes, healing can happen with one prayer—symptoms can leave, and someone can be completely healed, delivered, and set free in a moment. However, if that doesn’t happen instantly, we must not default to, “It must not be God’s will for my child,” or, “God is probably saying no.” Those conclusions contradict the Word of God.

We let the Word of God be our report. We let the Word of God be our faith. “Who has believed our report?” (Isaiah 53:1. We cling to what the Lord’s report says: Jesus Christ Himself carried our sicknesses and bore our pains, and by His stripes we were healed (Isaiah 53:4–5). We cling to His report that God commands us to heal the sick in Jesus Christ’s Name (see Mark 16:17–18), and that Jesus came in the flesh to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8)—that means every sickness, including autism spectrum disorder.

God used Joshua to speak to me about retaking the land: if healing isn’t instantaneous, we keep going with the Word of God. If there seems to be obstacles, they aren’t from God! They’re spiritual warfare from the enemy’s side. The victory is already won; we keep going until, by His Word and our authority over all sickness in Christ, we “possess the full land of our children’s bodies.”

Brother Barry Bennett used a different passage that I love: when Elisha gave the king a Word in 2 Kings 13:15–19, the king only struck the ground three times with the arrows. Elisha grew angry and said he should have struck it five or six times, and then Syria would have been completely destroyed.

In summary: they did have some victories, but because the king did not strike five or six times, he didn’t take it all the way. Israel continued to face trouble from Syria. This is exactly what happens with many Christians. They give up too soon. Maybe there’s a little bit of improvement, or maybe no improvement at all, and they just stop. They wrongly conclude things that reject Christ’s healing provision and settle for enemy attack. But nowhere in God’s Word are we told to give up on what His Son, Jesus Christ, already accomplished.

Our inheritance is sozo (original Greek)—salvation in its fullness—which means eternal life, healing, deliverance, provision, rescue. Jesus’ victory was complete. He even commanded us to raise the dead if someone dies prematurely (Matthew 10:8). So let’s return to what the Word of God says. Let’s be a church that actually uses our responsibility to rule and reign in life (Romans 5:17), instead of magnifying the works of the devil.

It’s time to see the victory over autism spectrum disorder. Enough is enough with this horrible condition that robs children of their lives. It is not God’s will. God did not create children to be bound in the grave clothes of autism’s symptoms. Jesus came to give us life, and life more abundantly (John 10:10). Sickness not only holds a child captive; it also binds and limits the entire family. For many families, autism dictates almost every area of life.

But Christ’s redemption is bigger. His stripes paid for every sickness, every disorder, every torment. And His command to us has not changed: heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead, preach the gospel of power. That’s the victory we enforce until every inch in our children’s lives is fully occupied by what His Word says.

P.S. If this message by brother Bennett blesses you, I believe Book 2 of mine will also bless you—because it’s the one where God first spoke to me about “retake the land.” All my books will strengthen your faith, but Book 2 carries that specific revelation. Just to be clear, I am not teaching “progressive or gradual healing” as the standard—healing can and does happen instantly with one prayer. But if it doesn’t, we don’t give up on God’s Word, and we certainly don’t reject or deny Christ’s finished work and victory. We keep going with the Word, in the authority He’s given us, submitting to the report of His Word, resisting the devil until the foul enemy is driven out. It’s not about wrestling with God to get something He’s already given—it’s about enforcing what Jesus already won at the cross.

And if you’re a single mom or a widow with a fatherless child and you’re on a tight budget, please email me—I’ll gladly send/gift you a PDF copy of my book through my Gumroad shop. It’s very important to me, and to the Lord’s heart, to see captives set free and families walking in the fullness of redemption.

In this powerful message, Barry Bennett shares how believers must stop waiting passively for God to move and instead take up the authority already given in Christ. He explains that healing is part of our inheritance and that symptoms must be resisted until the victory is seen.

Through Scripture and testimony, he shows that God has equipped us with His name, His Spirit, His promises, and His authority to reign in life. We are called to say “no” to sickness and “yes” to the finished work of Jesus.

If you or your family have been battling discouragement or the lies that sickness is somehow God’s will, this message will encourage your faith and remind you that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil and give life more abundantly.

He Healed Them ALL

“Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner,” (John 5:19).

Jesus only did what He saw the Father do, so He healed every kind of sickness and every kind of disease, every kind of disability, even if they were born that way.
