Diet, Nutrition, and Food Allergies

Pour, Petition, and Praise

Father,

I know You see the food struggles (child’s name) has. You made every good thing for him/her to eat and drink, but the conditions that afflict him/her limit this ability. Lord, heal and deliver my child from every food allergy, intolerance, sensitivity, and sensory related aversion. Give him/her the desire for a variety of nutritious and healing foods. Do such a mighty and complete work in this area that he/she can easily eat every meal with the family. Let every morsel of food, every drop of liquid he/she puts into his/her mouth be a blessing to his/her body with no sorrow added to it [Proverbs 10:22].
Set my child free from the prison [Psalm 146:7] of food limitations. When he/she is hungry fill him/her with every good thing [Luke 1:53] without fear or consequences.
I thank You and praise You for the power of fervent, effective prayer and that my faith can move the mountains of food allergies and diet issues from my child’s life [James 5:16; Matthew 17:20]. O Most High, I praise You in Jesus’ name, amen.

Retake the Land

(Child’s name), I speak to your body and all food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, and sensory related issues and command them to go. I bless all your food and drink in the name of the Lord because what is blessed by Him cannot be cursed. I bless your food, so it is rich (in nutrients for you) and no sorrow is added to it [Proverbs 10:22]. Your food and drink cannot harm you because God’s Word says so [Mark 16:18]. I bless your body and command it to not attack any food as foreign in Jesus’ name, amen.
